Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is right in downtown Reno, within walking distance of tons of restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but the noise level can be a bit bothersome. The service was beyond helpful, making our stay very memorable, although internet is not complimentary.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spotless with cool extras like a big bar with excellent TVs, bocce ball courts, and skeeball. The upgrade made it even more enjoyable. However, the service encountered a hiccup when they rudely handled our 'breakfast included' package mix-up. The location was ideal, right next door to the ball park and with an adjoining independent sports bar. Dining was delicious, although slightly pricey. The facilities were top-notch and offered a great value for money.
The hotel room was small but well appointed, unfortunately, it had short windows and a basement-like feel. At 5AM, it sounded like furniture was being moved above my room. The room smelled of smoke, was dark, and had dirty, filmy windows that overlooked a terrible-looking rooftop of the nearby building.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms with a view of downtown were not only very comfortable and clean but also beautifully decorated, offering a much better experience than the typical touristy hotels in Reno. Although the service was not helpful at all at times, overall, it was friendly and professional throughout. The location was really good, close to nice shopping areas and the river walk, making it well worth the price. The dining experience at the coffee bean shop was wonderful, especially for a hearty style like my husband's, despite being limited to the coffee bean shop only.
I had a pleasant stay overall at this hotel. The location was great, just off the main downtown casino strip but still close to all the action. The staff was helpful and nice, making my visit more enjoyable. However, the room's air conditioning unit was not big enough to accommodate comfortably, and not being allowed to have a rollaway bed was a bit inconvenient.
I had an interesting stay at the hotel. The rooms were so big and clean, perfect to dance if the mood hit you. The service was impeccable with a cheerful staff ready to help. The location was close to midtown and the river walk, making it convenient for outdoor activities. The dining experience was good, offering a variety of options. However, being next to some questionable apartments made me feel a bit unsafe while walking around.
